All staff and management will be trained, assessed and certified by Vertex Training

All staff and management will be trained, assessed and certified by Vertex Training, a professional and established ropes course training company who delivers comprehensive programs the world over.

Training will be site specific to your course and includes operational procedures of the ropes course, correct use of PPE, access, inspections and rescues, challenge by choice and development skills.

The duration of the training course will depend on the experience of the staff using the course.

For further information, please contact JM Adventure.

European Ropes Course Association (ERCA) Inaugural Inspection

Carried out on completion of the course, the ERCA type A inaugural inspection is to ensure your new high ropes course complies with the latest ERCA standards (prEN 15567-1 safety requirements and test methods and prEN 15567-2 'operational requirements'. The whole project is inspected, the structure and supporting paperwork is independently checked by a Part A ERCA inspector.

While the inspection is optional, JM Adventure strongly recommends that it is carried out and some insurance companies insist on it.

After Care – Service & Maintenance

JM Adventure guarantees all of its workmanship for 5 years and all of our poles and steel is also guaranteed for the same time.

We would recommend that operator’s carry out inspections as instructed in the SOP’s manual and they have the course inspected externally on a yearly basis.

Yearly inspections can be carried out by JM Adventure or by our recommended inspections and maintenance company High Time. An established ropes course company specializing in the inspections and maintenance of ropes courses and climbing walls, please contact us for further information on High Time.
