In late 2019 we were privileged to put together a brilliant project over at Celtic Manor. The five star Celtic Manor Resort provides extensive facilities for business, leisure and golf travellers and was voted the UK’s Best Hotel at the 2020 Meeting and Incentive Travel Awards for the ninth time in ten years.
We were delighted to bring a brand new and exciting Net course within their 2,000 acre parkland. Trees are a brilliant natural resource when it comes to creating a course of this kind and we were able to create a unique family focussed course amongst the beautiful flora and fauna of the Celtic Manor Resort.
We created the course with fun for all ages including a giant bounce zone with its forest lookout and an amazing bird’s eye view from the safety of the large enclosed Forest Nets, high in the treetops. There are a number of fun bouncy activity chambers which are linked together with climbs, slides, tunnels and bridges. Adults and children can climb through the canopy and navigate a number of routes in the maze of nets - an adventure playground in the trees!
As we designed the course to be family friendly we included a smaller activity chamber for younger adventure seekers from the age of 3 and up so that even the smallest children can share in the thrill of the forest nets.If you fancy having a go at some fun in the forest then you can find details such as opening times and pricing on the Celtic Manor website.
If you are interested in setting up your own adventure in the trees then we would love to have a chat. We can create a bespoke course to suit your location. JM Adventure will deal sensitively and professionally with all aspects of conservation and preservation whilst ensuring maximum potential for you and your environment.

Sadly so many events and dearly loved community celebrations have been cancelled or postponed due to the result of the current coronavirus pandemic.
JM Adventure has proudly taken part in the Swanage Carnival celebrations during recent years, so we were extremely saddened to hear of its postponement this year. We thoroughly enjoy running the zip wire at the carnival and cannot wait to share in the festivities once we are able to have a bit of adventure fun together once again.
Swanage Carnival is an incredible event, run solely by volunteers it offers 8 days of jam packed fun and activities including air displays, live music, sporting events, games, competitions, firework displays and of course one of the longest Carnival processions.
All profits from the Carnival go to chosen charities and good causes in the local area, last year they raised an amazing £28,000 to share between their selected charities. With this in mind, here at JM Adventure, we wanted to give something back to the community and support those doing good in our local area during such difficult times.
We have therefore decided to make a donation to the Swanage Food Bank. As you can imagine food banks are under immense pressure during this time and any help is gratefully received. The Food Bank is a small Christian and Humanitarian charity providing a friendly confidential service for those in need locally, providing 3-7 days worth of food tailoring packages to individual need.
If you would like to donate to the Swanage Food Bank during this time you can find more information about how they are helping or about making food donations on their Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/SwanageFoodBank). We wish you and your families well during this time and look forward to providing some adventure fun to the community in times to come.
With the recent announcement on plans to start lifting lockdown restrictions, JM Adventure has been thinking about how we go about providing our services safely. The recent address from the Prime Minister announced that the public are now allowed to enjoy outdoor space, and although play equipment is not yet included in this, we want to start planning and preparing for when that time may come.
We are open and ready to provide our full range of services whilst maintaining social distancing and a high standard of hygiene. An essential part of our offering is inspection and maintenance – all services which form part of our own projects and which can be arranged in respect of any ropes course. We are now available to carry out inspections and pre start checks on your ropes course, this is something worth thinking about as courses have been lying unused for quite some time now. We also have the ability to post spares and have the materials in stock for most maintenance jobs.
Our technical and design team are ready and waiting to hear from you for any future projects you may have. We believe that the public will be looking to have some family fun once the pandemic finally comes to a close in the UK and we are looking forward to helping our clients bring that sense of adventure back into their lives.
We have seventeen years of experience and have created a plethora of indoor and outdoor installations. From huge swings, too army assault courses, from kids playgrounds to climbing walls, belay towers and bouldering areas. We have more experience than any competitor and with our unique blend of creativity, experience and enthusiasm we will provide an incomparable service.
Get in touch if you would like to start preparing for the 2021 season and we look forward to meeting all your designing, planning and maintenance needs. Please call 01929 475691 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to contact us.

Its been a busy start to 2017 with loads of ropes courses built ready for the start of the new high ropes season
In January we completed work on an exciting multi level course at Fun Farm Spalding, for more information, please take a look here.
We then moved straight over to Haven Lakeland to build the first of two high ropes courses for Bourne Leisure this year.
This new style of course is designed for the younger range but will cater for all age groups. Platform heights are around three metres and offers a wide range of exciting elements.
Another interesting course was at Mill Rythe Holiday Village, this multi element linear developmental high ropes course will be used for team building. One complete, the course is designed to look like a sailing ship, complete with jib sail.
For people not so keen on height, we have also been busy on low ropes courses! With courses complete at RSPB Arne, Sunninghill Prep School and RAF Odiham.
